sortius<p>Well, dinner marinating for tonight: baba fried chicken.</p><p>I marinate the chicken thigh pieces in ginger, garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce, soy, and sugar.</p><p>Once marinated, I make a flour and Malaysian baba curry powder breading mix.
